At all times, Keane Legal aims to provide clients with a professional service of the highest calibre. Should any problem arise then Keane Legal will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Any complaint will be taken seriously and addressed with appropriate remedial action.
If you have any complaint, including a complaint about your bill, you should raise it in the first instance with Benoît Keane. If that is felt to be inappropriate, or if you feel that the response is inadequate, you may ask the Barreau de Bruxelles – Ordre Français to resolve your complaint.
